I love the physical challenge of derby, it got me into the best shape I’ve ever been. The best practices are when you are dripping sweat. 7. When did you start playing roller derby?
What derby skill are you working on right now? Since I just had a baby a few months ago, my only goal is to get back on skates regularly and get back into the shape I was before my 9 month “injury” leave.
Best moment of your derby career I have lots of great moments, but one of my favorites was playing in St. Albert, I had friends and family from out of town able to watch and I played a great game and had a wicked time after.
For my birthday I would like a full night’s sleep
